Space Optimization: These single-story units can be placed in setbacks and easements, allowing owners to monetize unused spaces. They can also stack up to three stories, reducing construction time by 50%-60% and costs by 40%-50%.
Customization Options: Units are customizable with options for corporate colors, climate control, and different door and partition choices. Sizes range from 8-10 feet wide and up to 40 feet long, with popular sizes being 10’ x 10’ and 10’ x 20’.
Durability: Built to withstand extreme weather conditions, these units have been tested through hurricanes, typhoons, and fires, showing potential appeal for use beyond self-storage, including in apartment and commercial properties.
