Georgia Joins Kansas & Idaho in Updating Self-Storage Laws

Georgia's new self-storage law, HB 934, was signed by Gov. Brian Kemp on May 6, 2024 and took effect on July 1, 2024. The law establishes procedures for handling property left behind by vacating tenants and allows rental agreements to be sent and signed electronically.
