QuikStor Electronic Signature Disclosure Agreement

QUIKSTOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This electronic transaction disclosure, consent, and agreement (the “Agreement”) contains important information that you are entitled to review before consenting to receive electronic records or provide electronic signatures. Please read the information below carefully. If you are able to access this information electronically and agree to the terms of this Agreement, indicate your consent by selecting the checkbox next to “I agree to use electronic signatures and records…”

All Information to be Provided by Electronic Means; Accessing and Retaining Information 

As part of any transaction you engage in with us, we will provide all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgments, and related documents or information in electronic format.

To access and retain these materials, you will need:

  • A personal device with internet access
  • A valid email account
  • Software capable of opening PDF files
  • A printer or a device with sufficient storage to save documents

Please note that our minimum system requirements may change over time.

Withdrawing Your Consent 

If you choose to withdraw your consent to receive required information electronically after previously agreeing to do so, you may do so by contacting us at help@quikstor.com. Please title your email "Withdraw E-Sign Consent" and include your full name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number in the body of the message.

Please note that if you elect to receive required notices and disclosures in paper format during a signing session, it may delay your ability to complete certain steps in the transaction, as you will need to receive and review the documents in physical form before proceeding.

How to Obtain Paper Copies 

You may request a paper copy of any required information that we have provided or made available to you electronically at any time by contacting us using the information below. You will also have the option to download and print any documents we send to you immediately after signing. If you would like us to send you paper copies of these documents, a nominal per-page fee may apply.

To request paper copies of previously provided notices and disclosures, please email us at help@quikstor.com. Your request must include your full name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.

Updating your Email Address

You are responsible for providing us with a valid, active email address where required information can be sent. To notify us of a change to your email address for receiving electronic notices and disclosures, please send an email to help@quikstor.com. Your message must include both your previous email address and your new email address.

How to Contact Us

You may request paper copies, update contact information, or withdraw consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically by contacting us at help@quikstor.com.

Consent and Agreement 

By selecting the box, “I Agree” button, or other method of consent next to “I agree to use electronic signatures and records...” you certify that:

  • you have read this agreement;
  • you can print on paper or email and save this agreement for your future reference;
  • you consent to receiving notices and disclosures exclusively in electronic format as described herein;
  • you have provided a working email address; and
  • until or unless you notify us otherwise, you consent to receive all information from us exclusively through electronic means.
