NW Storages Launches Modern 21-Location Website Built on QuikStor Web Components

The Storage Agency and PXLPOD Web deliver a fully integrated, multi-location storage website with real-time availability, per-location branding and full data ownership.

NW Storages, a division of Advance Management, operator of 21 self-storage locations across Washington state, recently launched its new website at nwstorages.com. The project was led by The Storage Agency (TSA), built by PXLPOD Web and powered by QuikStor's new Web Components, giving NW Storages real-time unit availability and pricing, easy updates and complete control of the customer journey from the first click.

Each of the 21 NW Storages locations carries its own branded look and real-time inventory on the new site. Location-by-location branding is managed directly within QuikStor, so the NW Storages team can update it in minutes without a developer.

"Both teams at The Storage Agency and PXLPOD were great to work with and we look forward to a long partnership with them. We were looking to make a change and upgrade our websites and with their help (and the help of several of my own great team members) we were able to get a very quick turnaround,” said Erik Krona, Vice President of Advance Management, who led the project for NW Storages.

Launched in a fraction of the usual time

With QuikStor's new Web Components, The Storage Agency and PXLPOD delivered a fully integrated storage website in a fraction of the time the old approach required. What once meant custom API work and months of development is now a set of ready-made components placed into a purpose-built site environment, hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure and maintained long after launch.

Because the components are QuikStor's own, unit availability, pricing, reservations and payments stay in sync as the platform evolves, with no re-development on the website side. NW Storages owns its data and sees full attribution for every rental, from first click to move-in.

"QuikStor’s new Web Components have proven easy to work with and robust in features - the streamlined, inline checkout process is remarkable. Between the attention to detail from PXLPOD and an organized, responsive client, this project came together for NW Storages under a very-tight deadline. Kudos to QuikStor for delivering such well-built, innovative technology to their ecosystem," said Tyler Suchman, founder of The Storage Agency.

Renter-friendly, accessible and privacy-ready from day one

Under The Storage Agency's leadership, the new website is supercharged for rental ease and messaging power to elevate the NW Storages brand. With 21 self-storage locations in Washington state, NW Storages is a respected and valued member of the local community and needed to represent that experience in its website.

On the new website, prospective rental customers can quickly find a convenient nearby location with menus or a live map, review detailed inventory, rent or reserve a desired unit and connect with the facility with ease.

Behind the scenes, NW Storages and The Storage Agency can see full attribution for website visitors, allowing the team to track every rental (or abandoned rental) from first click through the full customer journey.

With PXLPOD as the builder, every site is built and tested to current accessibility standards before it goes live, and kept that way as part of the managed service. Privacy and cookie consent are handled the same way: every site launches with a consent manager and policies that keep pace with state privacy law, so the operator never has to.

"We were very excited to see how well-developed QuikStor’s new components system is. That was a huge relief and cut down our build window significantly. QuikStor’s in-house team was way on top of turning all of our requests around. That's an ideal partnership." said Christopher Foley, owner of PXLPOD Web, who led the build.

"Operators shouldn't have to choose between a great-looking website and one that actually rents units," said Scott Worden, Head of Growth at QuikStor. "With Web Components, NW Storages gets both: live availability and pricing at every location, branding they control, and full visibility into where every rental came from."

For budget-minded operators who just need a basic templated website, QuikStor also offers standardized WordPress-template websites that utilize QuikStor’s Web Components for simplified website management.
