JLL Capital Markets has secured an $18.2 million construction loan for LaTerra Development to build Raymer Self Storage in Van Nuys, California. This state-of-the-art facility, slated for completion in 2025, will meet the high demand for storage solutions in a densely populated area of Los Angeles.
