What is QuikPost?

QuikPost is QuikStor’s free native mail house integration available now within the QuikStor Print Center. It connects QuikStor directly to a leading mail house provider, allowing operators to send USPS mail without manual handling of any kind.

From within the platform your team already uses, you can now submit documents for:

  • First Class Mail: standard delivery for tenant communications and routine notices
  • Certified Mail: legally recognized delivery confirmation for compliance-related mailings
  • Certified Mail with Electronic Return Receipt: the highest level of delivery documentation, required by some jurisdictions for lien notices

No printing. No stuffing. No leaving the system. The document travels from QuikStor to the mail house to the tenant’s inbox, automatically.

Why This Matters

Even in an increasingly digital world, some documents must be sent via physical mail. Tenant preference is one reason. Regulatory requirements are another. Many jurisdictions require Certified Mail for lien notices and other legally sensitive communications, and getting those communications wrong isn’t just about an inconvenience. It can void the lien process entirely and expose your operation to legal liability.

Manual mail handling introduces risk at every stage: a notice printed but not mailed, a certified letter sent with the wrong tracking information, or a stack of envelopes that sat on a desk for a couple days while someone was out sick. QuikPost removes the human from each of those failure points.

Every mailing submitted through QuikPost is tracked, auditable, and consistent. You always know what was sent, and how it was delivered. Operators have full visibility through the system, including page count and tracking numbers that are attached directly to the record so you always know where your mailing stands.

QuikPost is a core component of QuikStor’s lien automation module, QuikLien, which automates the entire lien process from first delinquency notice to auction placement on StorageTreasures. Together, they give multi-site operators a fully compliant and automated workflow that runs without manual intervention at any stage.

Getting Started

QuikPost launched in January 2026. To enable the module in your QuikStor environment, contact our support team at help@quikstor.com or your QuikStor contact. 

The QuikStor team can provide pricing details on the mailings and assist with setup so you can start sending USPS mail directly from your FMS right away. The service itself is free to use, so you cover only the cost of the mailings themselves when/if you send them. These mailing charges are billed monthly from QuikStor in arrears.
