Storage Post Continues as Yankees' Official Self-Storage Partner
Storage Post Self Storage has renewed its partnership as the official self-storage partner of the New York Yankees. With 29 facilities in New York and New Jersey, including five in the Bronx, Storage Post will maintain its branding presence throughout Yankee Stadium via concourse TVs, LED displays, and in-field signage. The company will also feature virtual signage on the pitcher’s mound during select YES Network broadcasts and advertisements on WFAN Radio. Additionally, new customers will have opportunities to receive Yankees game tickets through Storage Post’s website.

Quinlan Opens Class A Self-Storage Facility in Budd Lake, NJ

Quinlan Development has completed a 95,200-square-foot Class A self-storage facility in Budd Lake, New Jersey, now managed by Extra Space Storage. Designed by Ware Malcomb and built by Gerard Construction, the project was developed with a focus on maximizing rentable units. The facility includes 761 climate and non-climate-controlled units, offering modern amenities and convenient access to Interstate 80.

The $14 million project, financed by Bank OZK, is part of a broader trend of new developments in Northern New Jersey, where 15 storage projects are currently under construction.
