QuikStor has launched a new native integration with OpenTech Alliance’s CIA Access Control, delivering real-time synchronization between tenant account status and property access.
The integration allows QuikStor to serve as the system of record for tenant accounts while access permissions are enforced automatically at the gate and throughout the facility. Operators can eliminate manual access updates, automate gate lockouts for delinquent accounts, and reinstate access instantly upon payment.
By connecting access control directly to tenant data, QuikStor helps operators strengthen site security, reduce operational overhead, and improve confidence that access rules are always accurate.
