StoreEase Capshaw Road Sold to Midgard Self Storage Amid Huntsville Market Growth
Midgard Self Storage, under Reliant Real Estate Management, has acquired the newly built StoreEase Capshaw Road facility in Huntsville, Alabama, for $5.6 million. The 59,150-square-foot property, which opened in March 2023, features climate-controlled units, gated access, and virtual management technology for contactless rentals. Located in a growing residential area, the facility was 22% leased within three months, with Huntsville's self-storage market continuing to expand.

Acquisition Details: Midgard Self Storage purchased the facility from StoreEase for $5.6 million.
Facility Features: Includes climate-controlled units (25-624 sq. ft.), gated access, 24-hour online account management, and a contactless rental system.
